No. SongGift is human-led and AI-assisted. Bruce and Ray personally review every brief, decide whether they can do the story justice, and guide the wording, feeling and musical direction. AI helps them explore creative possibilities, but Bruce and Ray shape the work and take responsibility for the finished SongGift.

Choose one of three approaches: supply finished lyrics to use exactly as written; ask Bruce and Ray to polish your draft with your permission while keeping any must-keep wording; or share memories and direction so they can write the lyrics for you.

It is a different musical interpretation of the same story and song brief. It is not a separate new song brief.

SongGift Starter — A$49.95: one version, the final song in MP3 and WAV, plus lyrics, with no song-refinement rounds.
SongGift — A$75: three versions, two selected songs in MP3 and WAV, plus lyrics and two song-refinement rounds.
SongGift Plus — A$99: four versions, three selected songs in MP3 and WAV, a printable lyric keepsake and four song-refinement rounds.
SongGift Memories — A$595: everything in Plus, a video-ready version of your chosen song, a photograph-led, AI-assisted cinematic or blended visual story, a timed visual plan for approval, one collected video-correction round, and private delivery of the finished video, songs and lyrics. Limited production places; Bruce and Ray confirm suitability, timing and visual direction before payment.

MP3 is recommended for phones, tablets, car audio, messaging and everyday listening. WAV is a larger, uncompressed audio file for playback or editing where WAV is requested. Every finished SongGift includes both formats at no extra charge. Some recordings are edited or converted from MP3 sources; saving them as WAV does not restore audio detail lost in the source. If you need an original lossless master, tell us before ordering so we can confirm whether one is available.

A song-refinement round is one collected batch of requested changes to a selected song. Correcting a mistake introduced by SongGift does not use your song-refinement allowance, including with Starter.

Choose Starter for one version with no included song-refinement rounds; SongGift for a choice of three versions, keeping two, with two song-refinement rounds; or Plus for four versions, keeping three, printable lyrics and four song-refinement rounds. Moments adds a simple five-picture video at A$169, with your photos, generic pictures or a mix. Story adds a lyric review, six total song-refinement rounds and a still-picture video at A$249. Memories adds a complete visual film. If you are unsure, tell Bruce and Ray what you want to achieve in your free brief. They will help you choose before payment. The occasion alone does not determine the package.

Ask Bruce and Ray about keeping another prepared version or an extra collected round of changes to one selected song. They confirm the scope and price before work; if an upgrade is better value, they explain it first. Corrections to SongGift mistakes are free and do not use your allowance. SongGift Story is our A$249 song-and-picture-video package, with optional +A$29 handling for suitable personal photographs. SongGift Moments is A$169 including GST: everything in Plus, including four total song-refinement rounds, plus one chosen song up to five minutes with five pictures total—your photos first, suitable generic pictures from our existing collection, or a mix. Includes basic cropping, gentle movement and fades, a title and dedication, one 1080p landscape MP4 and one separate collected picture-order, crop or text correction round. Especially suited to shorter songs. No newly generated scenes or detailed lyric-by-lyric picture timing is included. Restoration, extra pictures, additional formats or changing the approved song after video assembly require a separate agreed quote. Corrections to our mistakes remain free. Everything in Plus, one collected lyric review and approval before music, and six song-refinement rounds in total, including the four in Plus. One chosen recording up to five minutes is presented with up to ten illustrative still pictures, a title or dedication, gentle transitions and a landscape MP4. One collected picture, title or timing correction round is separate from the song refinements. The optional +A$29 option covers up to five suitable, permissioned, ready-to-use personal photographs replacing illustrations within the same ten-picture cap, with basic cropping. Restoration, scanning, complicated retouching and further work require a separate agreed quote. We check actual extra work rather than automatically charging because you have photographs. Prices include GST. Bruce and Ray confirm scope, capacity and timing before payment.

Please nominate one contact to collect feedback. For Story, we agree the brief, review and approve the lyrics, complete the song refinements, then confirm the chosen recording before making the picture video. The six song-refinement rounds are the total allowance, including the four in Plus; they are not six rounds for each recording. Each round covers one collected batch of changes to one selected recording within the agreed brief. Internal unsuccessful production attempts do not count as customer rounds. Regenerating music can change the voice, melody or arrangement; we cannot promise every musical detail will remain identical. Once the recording is confirmed, the separate picture-correction round covers the pictures, title and timing. A later request to change the recording or visual direction is reviewed and quoted before extra work begins.

This delivery help does not use a creative song-refinement round. New creative changes remain subject to the agreed package allowance or a separate quote. We confirm any extra work, price and effect on timing before starting it. Corrections to mistakes introduced by SongGift are free and do not use your allowance. Download and back up your files before the stated expiry; permanent hosting and replacement access after expiry are not guaranteed.

Share the person, occasion, relationship, mood and a few memorable details. Add pronunciation help for unusual names or places. If you choose supplied lyrics, include those too. You do not need to know musical terms.

Submitting the brief is free and does not place an order. After Bruce and Ray accept the brief, they send the appropriate Stripe-hosted payment link. SongGift never asks you to email card details. Read how review and payment work.

Your private delivery link remains available for 60 days from the date we send it. Your delivery message will show the exact expiry date, and we aim to remind you approximately 15 days and 3 days before access ends. Download and safely back up your song, video and keepsakes during that period. Replacement access after expiry may be possible if we still retain the production files, but it is not guaranteed.

For a completed, paid SongGift, personal sharing includes sending it to friends and family, posting it on personal, non-monetised social accounts and playing it at private personal occasions. The finished song leads the video, but we also need approved memories, people, places and meaningful details to turn it into a complete visual story. Short lyrics, repeated choruses and instrumental sections need carefully planned direction rather than random filler scenes.
