Memories video timing: please allow at least five days for video production once the song, visual plan and source materials are approved. This applies to the video package only, not the song-only packages. We confirm your individual delivery date before payment; review or requested changes may extend it.
AI-assisted video can occasionally create unusual movement, framing or continuity. Preparing the story accurately greatly reduces those problems, but it cannot guarantee that every generated frame will be perfect on the first attempt.
Major story changes after approval, additional song-refinement rounds or unusually complex likeness work are discussed and quoted before any extra work begins.
Your finished video is delivered through a private SongGift page available for 60 days. The delivery message includes the expiry date and reminders, giving you time to download and safely keep the video and song.
