Moments uses a simple picture sequence and the Plus song allowance. Story adds lyric approval before music, six total song-refinement rounds and up to ten illustrative pictures chosen to tell the story.

Moments includes ready-to-use pictures and basic cropping. Newly created scenes, detailed lyric-by-lyric timing, photo restoration, extra formats and additional rounds need a separate agreed quote. Corrections to mistakes we introduce are free.

Optional +A$29 for up to five clear, ready-to-use photographs replacing illustrations within the same ten-picture limit. Bruce and Ray check permissions and suitability first; basic cropping is included.

What is included, and which package fits?

Choose Plus for songs and a lyric keepsake. Story adds a lyric review, two additional song-refinement rounds and a simple still-picture video. Memories is our separately scoped, human-directed film experience.

Please nominate one contact to collect feedback. For Story, we agree the brief, review and approve the lyrics, complete the song refinements, then confirm the chosen recording before making the picture video. The six song-refinement rounds are the total allowance, including the four in Plus; they are not six rounds for each recording. Each round covers one collected batch of changes to one selected recording within the agreed brief. Internal unsuccessful production attempts do not count as customer rounds. Regenerating music can change the voice, melody or arrangement; we cannot promise every musical detail will remain identical.

Each song-refinement round covers one collected batch of changes to one selected recording within the agreed brief. The picture-correction round is separate. New stories, substantial rewrites, additional rounds, photo restoration or scanning, complicated retouching and extra pictures need a separate agreed quote. Corrections to mistakes we introduce are free.

Illustrative pictures support the story; they are not photographs of your family or a promise to recreate real events. Story uses still pictures with gentle movement and transitions. Bespoke animated scenes and cinematic likeness work are separately scoped under Memories.

This delivery help does not use a creative song-refinement round. New creative changes remain subject to the agreed package allowance or a separate quote. We confirm any extra work, price and effect on timing before starting it. Corrections to mistakes introduced by SongGift are free and do not use your allowance. Download and back up your files before the stated expiry; permanent hosting and replacement access after expiry are not guaranteed.

We check the actual extra work before charging for personal photographs; there is no automatic surcharge simply because you have photographs. Bruce and Ray confirm the scope and delivery date before payment.

Our cinematic experience builds an original visual story around the finished song. The lyrics and music lead; approved memories and real-life details give shorter, repeated or instrumental sections somewhere meaningful to go.

Before production, we prepare a timed visual story for approval. This helps every scene support the song rather than simply fill time with attractive but unrelated footage.
